Our Classic sauce is from our grandmother’s recipe that she would make for her family every Thursday and Sunday from her home in a quaint Italian neighborhood in Jersey City, NJ. Just as our Nana D did during the 1930’s, we use the freshest ingredients:
tomatoes, onions, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, spices, no added sugar, and no artificial colors or preservatives. We use a slow cooking process which allows the sauce to keep its integrity, structure, and amazing flavor.

We make our dough in-house from scratch, hand-stretch every pie, and top it with the best Stanislaus tomatoes, house-grated mozzarella, and ingredients prepared fresh daily. The same pasta sauce from Nana's recipe is made in house at Mario McGee's Pizza Restaurant in 38 quart batches every other day. Now we have the privilege of selling our sauce in 24 oz glass containers.
